Montreal, Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, Mexico City …and Africa
First of all, thanks to everyone who showed up last weekend for another Replicant Night. The first pics are already up on our flickr page, so check them out. The vibe was cool and the beats were fierce, and we are already looking forward next month’s Drop Tour through Guadalajara and Aguascalientes, so if you are near any of these cities, look for further information soon.

But it is not only Mexico, this month Señor Mandril is returning to the Montreal Jazz Festival, up there in the land of maple leaves. After the success of 2006, they have been moved to a larger stage, the Scene Groove Bell, Clark Parking, Montreal Canada, where they will be showcasing their latest material, Terragroove, the funky and latin jazzy affair Rolling Stone magazine has been raving about. Mark your calendars for Sunday night, June 29. It is free!

In other news, D-Konstrukt’s remix of Flux & Vega’s “Menudencias” has become the opening titles’ theme for the UNU’s podcast series on climate change in Africa. Watch these important messages on Google Video, Yahoo Video, Vimeo or Youtube.
